All bookings are subject to airline rules, supplier terms, and host agency policies. Elevate Air Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers and is not responsible for acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, or service failures of airlines or third-party providers.
Prices, availability, routing, seat assignments, and fare conditions are not guaranteed until ticket issuance. Airlines reserve the right to change schedules, aircraft, or policies at any time.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all itinerary details, passenger information, travel documents, passport validity, visa requirements, and entry regulations prior to travel.
