Refund & Change Policy
Airline tickets are governed by the fare rules set by each airline or supplier. Many business and first-class fares, particularly consolidated or NET fares, may be non-refundable or subject to change penalties.
Refund eligibility, airline cancellation fees, change fees, fare differences, and reissue costs vary by ticket and will be disclosed prior to purchase.
Service fees and professional booking fees are non-refundable, including in cases of airline cancellation, voluntary changes, or unused tickets. These fees compensate for time, expertise, and services already provided.
If a ticket is refunded by the airline, any approved refund will be processed according to airline timelines and policies. Refund processing times may vary and are outside the control of Elevate Air Travel.
